The following is required to receive sales representation and delivery.  You must have a business location (i.e. restaurant, retail location, grocery store, etc.) and submit a credit application and have it approved.   Orders must be a minimum of $300.00 .  We only accept cash and checks (once approved) upon delivery; NO credit/debit cards are accepted.
